We monitor all streams 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Log files capture events for diagnostics, reporting, and billing purposes. Our back-end system tells our technicians the status of each station in real time. Often, we notify stations before they even know their stream is down.

Email and Text Alerting

Our comprehensive monitoring and alerting system can notify the station via text or email of several different events. Configure it to notify anyone on your team about stream or metadata status, stream blackouts.
